• Experience writing automotive repair orders efficiently
• Comfortable asking follow-up questions to help diagnose issues

• Handling objections and closing deals smoothly

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers, build rapport, and understand their vehicle needs
• Negotiate pricing, assist with financing options, and close deals
• Schedule and monitor appointments
• Build effective and concise repair orders efficiently
• Use software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions
• Obtain vehicle and customer information
• Complete estimates and repair orders
• Determine and explain vehicle maintenance scheduled services
• Ensure customer satisfaction and encourage referrals or repeat business

EXPERIENCE

• 3 years customer service experience
• Ability to manage customers, scheduling, and multi-task.
• 3 years of automotive industry experience (preferred)
• College degree or equivalent (preferred)

SALARY/WAGE
