Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail orientated US Sales Administrator to join our growing team in Tampa. The US Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, sales representatives, and internal departments. This position is key to maintaining efficient sales operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the US sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing correspondence.

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales orders.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, operations, technical teams) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Track sales leads, opportunities, and pipeline progress, generating regular reports for management.

  • Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation and initial account setup.

  • Organise and participate in sales meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

  • Key Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1 years’ experience in a sales administration or sales support role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems (e.g., Dynamix).

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote or distributed team.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.


  • Desirable Experience:
  • Previous experience supporting sales teams in managed services, IT consultancy, or technology solutions.

  • Familiarity with procurement processes, quoting tools, or contract management platforms.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, international business environment
