Job Description
- Strong experience in SAP ME (Manufacturing Execution) and SAP MII (Manufacturing Integration & Intelligence)
- Experience integrating SAP ME/MII with SAP ERP modules (PP, EWM)
- Experience with SAP PCo (Plant Connectivity)
- Experience integrating SAP ME with custom applications / MES systems
- Strong hands-on experience in plant floor / shopfloor application support
- Expertise in Incident, Change, and Problem Management (ITIL-based support model)
- Experience in SLA-driven production support and high availability environments
- Experience in manufacturing factory support (multi-site / global plants)
- Strong experience in transition / knowledge transfer from implementation to support teams
- Ability to perform gap analysis of manufacturing processes and MES systems
- Experience in evaluating MES solutions and recommending best-fit manufacturing systems
- Strong capability in functional and technical documentation (FSDs, specifications)
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (ERP, MES, infrastructure, LCM)
