Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technology Specialist with strong expertise in Facets Developer, healthcare payer systems, claims processing, and enrollment. The ideal candidate will support healthcare application development and operations by performing configuration, data analysis, database querying, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

The candidate should have a solid understanding of healthcare insurance processes and the ability to analyze complex data issues while supporting business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Facets applications within healthcare payer environments.

• Support claims processing, enrollment, and related healthcare administration workflows.

• Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve, validate, and analyze application data.

• Perform data analysis and database troubleshooting to identify and resolve operational issues.

• Investigate application defects, configuration issues, and data discrepancies.

• Support application development, enhancements, testing, and production issue resolution.

• Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and operational stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Validate data integrity and ensure accurate processing of claims and enrollment transactions.

• Assist with root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Support ongoing application maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Facets configuration and healthcare payer systems.

• Strong SQL skills, including database querying, data analysis, and troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting claims processing and enrollment workflows.

• Ability to investigate application issues and resolve data-related discrepancies.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams to meet operational requirements.

Salary : $48 - $52
