Job Title: EcoSys Functional SME / Consultant
Location: Houston, TX
Experience: 6–8 Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced EcoSys Functional SME to lead the configuration, governance, implementation, and ongoing support of the EcoSys platform for EPC/Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate will provide functional leadership, drive best practices, support integrations, and ensure successful system adoption across project teams.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of EcoSys functional configuration, administration, and BAU support
• Strong experience with EcoSys implementation, governance, training, and user support
• Hands-on knowledge of EPC/Oil & Gas project controls environments
• Experience with EcoSys integrations involving Primavera P6, SAP/ERP, and Aconex
• Strong stakeholder management, troubleshooting, and release management skills

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer EcoSys projects, users, templates, and system settings
• Provide BAU support, user training, troubleshooting, and ServiceNow incident resolution
• Define and enforce EcoSys standards, governance, and best practices
• Lead release testing, upgrades, deployments, and post-production stabilization
• Support integrations, data validation, and continuous platform improvements across project controls

Preferred: Experience with EPC project delivery, Project Controls, Primavera P6, SAP/ERP integrations, and global project environments.
