We are looking for a passionate and highly detailed mid-level IT Technician to provide remote and on-site technical support to clients throughout the greater Phoenix area.

We believe you will be successful as an IT Technician if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft 365, including the more advanced functionality: Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Azure AD, Conditional Access Policies, Intune, Autopilot.
- Experience implementing solutions to solve user support issues, and prevent them from coming up again.
- Experience working with virtual environments (Terminal Servers, RDS Farms, Azure Virtual Desktop).
- Experience working with an RMM tool to manage endpoints.
- Experience working at an MSP is a bonus.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to clients throughout greater Phoenix area. Travel to client sites to resolve issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
- Perform hardware and software installations and updates.
- Ensure all client issues are thoroughly documented and account for all time spent supporting clients and provide an audit trail for all work performed.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the company’s best practice standards.
- Maintain a positive working attitude; be relational with clients and with the team to facilitate high customer satisfaction.
In addition to supporting our client’s technical needs, other types of projects:
- Moving clients into a cloud virtual desktop environment
- Moving network file shares to SharePoint Online Document libraries
- Moving from classic AD to Azure AD, including joining endpoints to Azure AD
- Implementing security features and functionality
- Onboarding new clients
Skills and competencies you need for success as a IT Technician:
- Strong communication skills; including documentation, end user communication, and exceptional communication with clients
- Extreme troubleshooting skills including ability to analyze, anticipate and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong interpersonal skills including effective time management, self-driven, and prioritization

- Work from your home and also frequently travel to clients' premises in the greater Phoenix area with your own reliable vehicle
