Job Summary

Ensuring facility permitter is secure and notifying management of any non-conformance.
Responsibilities
- Check in visitors and 3rd party truck drivers. Check schedule against arriving visitors, for 3rd party trucks track container number, setpoint temperature, seal numbers and vehicle condition. Notify supervision of any issues with arriving trucks. On outbound trucks verify driver’s paperwork. Confirming seal numbers, container number and type, and temperature setpoint to ensure load is within 10 degrees of TBOL setpoint. Document required information on inbound and outbound loads.
- Check and document temperatures of staged loads to ensure the set point and actual temperature are at correct temperatures. or within 10 degrees of setpoint.
- Monitor facility cameras to ensure the premises are secure. Immediately notify management of any concerns.
- Walk exterior of facility, open and close facility gates at specified times.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of work history
- Ability to sit, stand, walk and bend for extended periods of time.
- Ability to accurately review documentation and enter information into Excel and Microsoft Word documents.
- The ability to effectively communicate with visitors, truck drivers, and other IFG team members and watch video monitors.
- Able to work in varying environmental conditions from heat, rain, cold, etc.

- Allowing trucks onto the Company property and leave the facility. Paperwork must match the load and temperatures on trucks/containers must be set and running at correct temperature. Checking staged containers to ensure they are set and running at the correct temperature. Securing facility prior to leaving.
- Where to stage and back in inbound loads. Where to direct emergency vehicles if required at the facility.
