Title: HealthShare Operations Engineer IV
Duration: 13 Months contract
Location: Denver, CO, 80202
Essential Job Duties:
- Incident and problem management, coordinate resolution of service disruptions
- Provide training and guidance related to emerging technologies within Intersysems technologies
- Coordinate and facilitate code deployments and configuration adjustments to the HIE HealthShare environments
- Work with development team to ensure application requirements are understood and translated to support and operations teams.
- Review aspects of the HIE environments by analyzing requirements and ensuring that systems will offer security, availability and will be effectively integrated with current applications
- Assess capacity and performance metrics, implement improvements
- Communicate and present eloquently with the appropriate audience perspective in mind
- Properly tune and design OS releases and patching to meet application requirements
- Reviews new and existing projects, system designs and plans while conducting research on emerging technologies to support changes in infrastructures.
- Consult with the technical leads of various project initiatives to identify integration requirements and priorities, oversee and ensure quality and operational standards
- Creates professional documentation and technical diagrams.

- The Senior HealthShare Operations Engineer is responsible for supporting and maintaining the Intersystems HealthShare Information Exchange. A successful Senior HealthShare Operations Engineer ensures that the developed services are interacting and communicating between interacting software applications as designed.
- Our platform drives personalized healthcare experiences across client s communication channels. A successful HealthShare Engineer combines deep technical knowledge with leadership and coordination skills to ensure the operational success of large, complex projects.
- This person works closely with our HealthShare development teams, QA teams, business relationship management, and the IT infrastructure groups to ensure a stable, reliable, performant HIE platform for the client.
Education:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related discipline
- 4 years experience with Intersystems HealthShare application that integrates with numerous outside healthcare partners.
