Role Description
SYRUSA Engineering, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer for a full-time, on-site position in San Bernardino County, CA. The Civil Engineer will handle construction management and inspection planning, as well as managing stormwater pollution prevention and safety. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to oversee all project phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements while delivering high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil Engineering and expertise in civil engineering fundamentals
- Experience with construction management and inspection within civil engineering contexts
- Knowledgeable in SWPPP and related regulatory standards
- Familiarity with structural engineering concepts relevant to bridge construction projects
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a professional engineering environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one is a plus
- Experience in large-scale civil infrastructure or bridge construction projects is preferred
