What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Maintenance person position at Syringa Property Management, Inc.?
Looking for a maintenance technician to perform general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include painting, snow removal, general repairs for an Apartment complex in Twin Falls, Idaho.
Job responsibilities are turning of units 90% painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, snow removal, grounds cleaning. Must be available for emergencies such as flood, or loss of heat.
Must be energetic, organized, reliable, manage time well, complete service requests when necessary. Must have current valid license, and reliable transportation. Must pass a drug test. No need to apply if not serious.
