What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nurse Practitioner or Physican Assistant position at Syringa General Hospital?
Provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up care, including age and specialty appropriate medical care at the level of training achieved. Provides quality of care through continuity and coordination of care from other providers and community resources.
· Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Idaho.
· Current BLS certification required.
· Current DEA certificate without restriction.
· Controlled Substance Certificate from the Borad of Pharmacy.
· Current ACLS certification is preferred.
· Must maintain medical staff privileges with Syringa Hospital as approved by the medical staff and board of trustees.
