What You’ll Do:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Intervention Staff, you’ll work one-on-one with children with autism and related developmental needs:
- Implement individualized goals through play-based therapy
- Support skill development, communication, and positive behavior
- Work in our clinic, children’s homes, or community settings (preschool, childcare, camps)
- Receive ongoing training, supervision, and support from a BCBA
You are never on your own, we train, support, and mentor you every step of the way.

Pay & Benefits

What We’re Looking For (RBT / Entry-Level)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable and consistent availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and accept feedback
- Passion for working with children
No prior ABA experience required because we train you!
Advanced Roles (Behavior Intervention / BCBA-Track)
Bachelor’s Level
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
- 1,040 hours working with children. If you don't have the hours, you can obtain them with us!
Master’s Level
- Master’s degree in a human services field
- 1,200 hours working with children implementing goals and behavior plans
BCBA
- Current Board Certification in Behavior Analysis
- Supervision available for candidates needing fieldwork supervision
