Founding Community & Events Manager (Contract | Per Event)

SYRCLE is a new social events company on a mission to help adults build meaningful friendships through curated hobby-based experiences like cake decorating, pottery, cooking classes, floral arranging, Pilates, and more.
We’re looking for a Founding Community & Events Manager who wants to help build something from the ground up.
This is not a traditional corporate role. You’ll work directly with the founder to launch and grow SYRCLE’s first events while helping shape the future of the company.
This is an ongoing contractor opportunity with compensation provided per successfully executed event.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify venues, instructors, and local partners
* Conduct outreach and manage partner communications
* Coordinate event logistics from planning through execution
* Create Canva marketing materials and event assets
* Coordinate creator and community collaborations
* Assist with social media content and launch campaigns
* Help execute event-day operations
* Collect feedback and help improve future events
Ideal Candidate
* Exceptionally organized
* Strong communicator
* Resourceful and proactive
* Comfortable wearing multiple hats
* Experience planning events, partnerships, or community initiatives
* Familiar with Canva
* Passionate about building communities

Compensation
This is an ongoing independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is $600 per successfully executed event. As SYRCLE grows, there may be opportunities for increased event volume and compensation based on responsibilities and business growth..
