Job Summary
We're a manufacturing company that builds automated equipment and carbon fiber tubes for the fishing industry. Small team, variety of work, and no two days exactly the same.
We're looking for a hands-on production worker who thrives on variety. One day you might be running CNC equipment, the next you could be rolling carbon fiber tubes. If you're the type who gets bored doing the same thing every day and likes figuring out how to make things better, this could be a great fit.
Duties
- Operate machining equipment (mills, lathes, CNC)
- Lay up and roll carbon fiber composite tubes
- Switch between different production tasks as needed
- Maintain quality standards and catch your own mistakes
- Troubleshoot production issues and suggest improvements
Experience
- Detail-oriented – you notice when something's off
- Comfortable learning new processes and materials
- Experience in machining, composites, or general manufacturing (willing to train the right person)
- Takes pride in quality work
- Problem-solver who sees production challenges as puzzles, not headaches
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
