RN Clinical Manager

Starting salary is $83,500/annually and increases with years of experience

Monday-Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of RN’s, LPN’s and MA’s, including scheduling, managing time off requests and addressing any disciplinary issues, review and completion of timecards and performance evaluations.
• Responsible for providing professional nursing care for practice patients following established standards and practices.
• Assists physicians and staff in coordinating patient care.
• Functions as primary liaison between patients, staff, and physicians.
  
  

Clinical Staff Leadership

• Supervise and support clinical staff including medical assistants, nurses, and other clinical team members.
  
  

Patient Experience

• Ensure a high level of patient service and satisfaction across all clinical interactions.
  
  

Compliance & Quality

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, clinical standards, and organizational policies
  
  

Communication & Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between providers, staff, and organizational leadership.
  
  

Triage

• Speaks directly to patients to assess what is needed, determines the level of urgency.
  
  

Patient Care

• Provides nursing care to patients as ordered.
• Performs nurse visits and administers treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
  
  

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing or related discipline or equivalent professional experience is required.
  
  

Experience

• 2 years of healthcare operations or clinical management experience, preferred.
• Experience supervising clinical or administrative healthcare staff.
• Experience in a multi-provider clinical environment, preferred.
• Experience in orthopedics, preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
