Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Billing Coordinator with 100% Company-Paid medical, dental and life benefits!

We are very proud of our select staff and are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual to join our growing team!

As a Commercial Billing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the revenue cycle and maintain financial records. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Essential Functions:

· Work off sales contracts to input new accounts and changes

· Administer customer payments

· Answer customer accounts receivable inquiries

· Manage customer files

· Monitor overdue accounts and take appropriate collection action

· Create and manage spreadsheets for reports

· Assist operations and sales for special projects

· Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Computer proficiency including word processing, data entry, spreadsheets, and generating reports using standard software applications

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational skills including the ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously

· Some analytical ability to gather and summarize data, find solutions to various administrative problems, and prioritize work

· Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures

· Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials

· Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports

· Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers, vendors and co-workers in a professional and helpful manner in person or via phone or written correspondence

· Ability to work productively in a fast paced, stressful environment

· Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative in meeting sales and revenue goals

Requirements:

· Eligible to work in the U.S.

· High school diploma or GED

· 1-3 years in an office setting

· 1-3 years in accounting

· Equivalent combinations of education and work experience will be considered
