About the Role

Syracuse Events is looking for motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, and leadership development.

You’ll gain hands-on experience engaging with customers, promoting products and services, building relationships, and contributing to team sales goals. We value a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. We’re looking for individuals with the potential to grow into leadership and management roles based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers through face-to-face marketing and sales interactions.
• Represent client products and services professionally in retail and event environments.
• Identify customer needs and explain relevant products and services.
• Support customer acquisition initiatives and help achieve sales goals.
• Build strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborate with team members to improve performance and deliver results.
• Develop leadership skills by taking on additional responsibilities as performance grows.
