Overview
We are seeking an entry level designer who is able to respond to customers' printing needs for attractive graphic design elements, using creative talent and a computer. Effectively work within a team for print production needs. High-quality printing completed using digital, small and large format commercial printers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-quality print and digital designs, including brochures, posters, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Prepare comprehensive design files optimized for print production, ensuring color accuracy and proper layout specifications.
- Operate a PC workstation and utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat, Photoshop & Illustrator) to produce polished visual content.
- Utilizing commercial digital printers and specialty software.
- Review and interpret customer needs and instructions, asking questions to ensure understanding, and offering creative suggestions when appropriate.
- Coordinate print production to ensure order completion by given deadlines.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks/priorities as needed.
- Open to learning multiple print applications on a wide array of print materials.
- Follow written and oral instructions accurately.
- Perform other print room duties as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 35lbs.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
