We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team and help lead our staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, setting goals, and providing feedback. They will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support to the management team. The Assistant Manager will also be expected to work closely with the management team to develop strategies and plans that will help the business reach its goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff members.
- Monitor performance of staff and provide feedback.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and motivation to staff members.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
