The Order Entry Clerk is responsible for accurately entering purchase orders and customer returns into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and supporting internal and external stakeholders with order-related information.
Requirements

- Process and enter purchase orders and customer returns promptly and accurately
- Maintain precise records of all transactions
- Provide customers with information to initiate the Customer Authorization Return process
- Assist internal stakeholders with inquiries related to data entered in Plex
- Collaborate with Program Management, Contract Managers, and Accounting to ensure Sales Orders align with Purchase Orders
- Foster strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate person
Requirements
- HS diploma or equivalent; Associates degree or higher preferred
- Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP applications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong analytical, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communications skills
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization to include managers, co-workers, and external partners
- Ability to obtain a government clearance, if necessary
