Who We’re Looking For
Syon Capital is seeking a full-time Relationship Manager, Client Service. This role is responsible for deepening and expanding the client relationship. As the primary point of contact, the relationship manager coordinates and ensures execution of all client requests and identifies investment opportunities within their portfolio.
What You Will Do
- Oversee portfolio strategy by managing asset allocation and deployment, monitoring T-bill maturities, and reinvestments, and assessing held-away assets to identify allocation gaps and growth opportunities.
- Manage client cash activity by executing cash raises, coordinate bill payment services and liquidity planning, and oversee short-term cash positioning and funding needs
- Oversee client credit solutions by sourcing and coordinating mortgages, construction loans, and lines of credit; monitor pledge asset lines (PAL), and run credit stress tests
- Provide views on investment oversight no markets, sectors, and investment opportunities; execute trades, manage alternative and private investment positions, and vet and evaluate external investment opportunities for client portfolios
- Coordinate comprehensive estate and tax planning by partnering with estate attorney and CPAS on tax strategy and reporting, run financial planning analysis, and coordinate personal financial statement (PFS) completion
- Lead client relationship management by conducting quarterly reviews, coordinating client activities across internal teams, and securing financial documentation and approvals, perform annual risk assessments and strength long-term client engagement and retention
- Drive business growth by identifying opportunities within the existing client base, advising on strategic cash deployments, managing equity concentrations strategies, and implementing index-based premium overlay solutions
What You Have
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 – 15 years of proven progressive experience in an RIA family office or fiduciary setting
- FINRA Series 65 is required; unlicensed applicants will need to obtain their license within 90 days of hire
- Certified Private Wealth Advisor designation (CPWA) is preferred, but not required
- Proficiency in understanding and helping the client achieve their ultimate financial goals
- Ability to demonstrate strong judgement, consistency, and accountability and serve as a resource for junior team members
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- A mindset that values every task, big or small
- Hybrid/remote setting—In office Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Friday WFH
Compensation
We provide a competitive salary and annual discretionary bonus to commensurate with your experience, skills, and qualifications. The base salary range for this position starts at $150,000 to $175,000. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
