Account Processing Associate - This position will work directly with hospital access and maintaining accounts at a high level. As a representative, you will be responsible for account processing and understanding workflow. Teamwork will be essential for this position. Additionally, account access will also be involved with reporting and client interaction through system access. Thorough and detailed work will be required for this position. Knowledge of TPL is vital to this position to work the accounts start to finish.
Essential Duties
- Working directly in hospital system and Syntriq system
- Processing new accounts
- Processing returned accounts
- Obtaining hospital documents
- Posting/Refunding health and auto payments and adjustments
- Verifying health insurance
- Adding/Reordering/Billing hospital insurance plans within hospital system
- Reconciliation Reports
- Payment Auditing
- Communication with hospital staff
- Communication with onsite staff
High School Diploma or GED
Strong knowledge of computer skills and typing
Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
Dependable and Detailed individual with organizational skills
Recommended- 1 to 2 years experience in administrative work
Salary : $34,798 - $46,145
