Job Description
We are seeking a Programmer Analyst 2 to support the Analytics and Visualization team in a staff augmentation capacity. This role will primarily function as a Tableau Administrator, responsible for maintaining the Tableau environment, managing user access, and supporting business users with data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Tableau environments (test and production)
- Manage user access, permissions, and licenses
- Promote Tableau workbooks from test to production
- Execute configuration scripts to onboard new business areas
- Provide user support and troubleshoot Tableau-related issues
- Maintain and support MS Teams and SharePoint environments related to Tableau
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders
- Conduct user training and provide technical guidance
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience with Python programming
- 1 year of Tableau Site Administration and dashboard development
- 1 year of MS Teams administration experience
- 1 year of experience writing SQL queries
- 1 year of experience as a technical trainer
- 1 year of experience with Power BI (report development and user support)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
