Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
- Provide daily Salesforce administrative support, including:
- User provisioning
- Profile and permission management
- Security configuration
- Implement small to medium-sized enhancements, including:
- Page layout updates
- Salesforce Flows
- Process automation changes
- Minor data model adjustments
- Monitor and maintain data quality, including:
- Duplicate prevention
- Data hygiene
- Validation activities
- Support functionality across Salesforce orgs using:
- Public Sector Solutions
- Experience Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Sales Cloud
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate complex concerns when appropriate.
- Update and maintain reports and dashboards based on agency requirements.
- Stay informed about Salesforce releases and recommend platform improvements where appropriate.
- Collaborate with agency partners to gather business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into actionable Salesforce configuration tasks.
- Work with vendor teams and internal Salesforce teams to maintain consistency and alignment across multiple orgs.
- Assist with release management, including:
- Sandbox preparation
- Testing coordination
- Deployment support
- Ensure compliance with:
- STS security requirements
- Governance processes
- Documentation standards
- Audit requirements

- Experience in public sector environments – Preferred
- Experience working in multi-org Salesforce environments – Preferred
