Job Description
Synthetic Turf Pros is hiring Artificial Turf Installers to join our growing team. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial turf installations, including lawns, putting greens, pet turf, and athletic surfaces. We’re looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who take pride in quality work.
Turf experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Assist with full artificial turf installations
- Site prep: excavation, base install, grading, and compaction
- Cutting, seaming, securing turf, and installing edging
- Spreading and brooming infill
- Operate hand tools, compactors, and small equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow company installation standards and safety guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting 50 lbs, kneeling, working outdoors)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work well on a team
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather
Preferred (Not Required)
- Artificial turf, landscaping, construction, or hardscape experience
- Experience with plate compactors or small equipment
- Valid driver’s license
