Responsibilities
- Drive outside sales efforts by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the territory through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
- Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and increase revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to educate clients on turf solutions tailored to their needs.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients while maintaining profitability and building long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns that boost brand awareness and generate leads.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within a related industry such as technology sales or retail sales.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead client negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for tracking sales activities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Ability to perform analysis of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
