Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and takes pride in keeping things organized, clean, and running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload synthetic grass rolls and related materials
- Cut and prepare turf orders to customer specifications
- Organize and stage materials for customer pickups and deliveries
- Assist with inventory organization and stock management
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while performing general upkeep duties to ensure a clean and safe work environment
- Follow and complete assigned tasks from daily, weekly, and monthly task boards
- Operate equipment safely (forklift experience is a plus)
Work Environment
- Hands-on, physical warehouse setting
- Combination of indoor and outdoor work
- Team-oriented atmosphere with shared responsibilities across the facility
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required (no exceptions)
- Spanish speaking required (ability to communicate clearly with customers)
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- (Lift-assist equipment provided for heavier materials)
- Forklift experience preferred (not required)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Schedule
- Employee(s) schedule is from 12:30 PM - 5:00 PM
- Requirement: Must be available to work every Saturday from 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Part-time hours range from approximately 20–30 hours per week
- Weekday schedules may vary and will be set based on business needs (e.g., partial-day shifts or full-day shifts)
