About the Role
Synthetic Grass DFW is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Sales Professional to join our growing team in Dallas, Texas. The ideal candidate has a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with both new and existing clients. Experience in the artificial turf, landscaping, construction, or outdoor living industry is required.
This position is responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, conducting consultations, and helping homeowners and commercial clients find the best artificial grass solutions for their needs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
- Conduct on-site consultations and provide customized artificial grass solutions.
- Prepare and present accurate estimates and proposals.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities within the company CRM.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline updates.
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns, warranty questions, and project-related issues.
- Represent Synthetic Grass DFW with professionalism, integrity, and outstanding customer service.
Qualifications Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Previous sales experience preferred (home improvement, landscaping, construction, or related industries is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable using CRM software, email, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and mobile technology.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- College coursework or degree is a plus but not required.
- Experience in sales or the synthetic turf industry is preferred but not required.
