Location: Pentagon / 1400 Defense Pentagon, Arlington, VA 22202
Shift: 8-hour Rotating
Anticipated Salary Range: $100000 - $122500
Status: Full-Time
Opening Type: Immediate

Syntelligent is seeking a All Source Intelligence Analyst to support A government customer

Anticipated Salary Range: $100000 - $122500
Status: Full-Time
Opening Type: Immediate
Number of Openings: 1
Duties will include:
- Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
- Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Required:
- (Mid-level) Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of experience with all-source analysis or 7 years of related experience in lieu of a degree; or
- (Senior-level) Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in all-source analysis or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
- 3 years of experience with research and analysis
- Experience with the CENTCOM AOR
- Experience with ICD 203 tradecraft standards
- Knowledge of the DoD, wider IC, and Combatant Command environments
- Ability to work rotating weekend and night shifts. Specifically, 4 days on, 1 day off rotating through the following three shift schedules (three weeks per shift before rotating to the next)
- Shift 1: 1100-0800
- Shift 2: 0700-1600
- Shift 3: 1500-0000
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Experience with data analytics, analysis, and visualization
- Knowledge of the intelligence cycle
- Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing
- Associate's degree acceptable; Bachelor's or Master's degrees preferred
