Syntegon Packaging Technology, LLC based in New Richmond, Wisconsin is part of the Syntegon Group. We provide innovative, seamless, high-tech packaging solutions for the food industry. The location specializes in a range of packaging equipment solutions - like horizontal flow wrappers, bag closing and sealers, and robotic pick-place-machines. The city of New Richmond is known as "The City Beautiful". It is an easy and quick commute in both directions from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro area and a short distance from Eau Claire, WI.

Job Description
The ideal candidate for this role, is a high-energy organizer and communicator who thrives on keeping complex projects moving. You are able to balance administrative precision with the ability to see the bigger picture.
Key responsibilities
- Identify high-level constraints that drive project milestones to populate and maintain dates in project tracker.
- Responsibility for projects includes monitoring scope, schedules, and budgets, and motivating and challenging team members to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Maintain a complete and accurate record of the project history. Review all potential cost increases and / or schedule changes with management (and customers as needed) throughout project execution.
- Assist Project Managers in tracking project financials and third-party equipment purchase orders and deliveries.
Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Must possess a minimum of an Associate degree from an accredited university OR have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a project planning or scheduling capacity within a Manufacturing environment
- Must have 3 years of experience using an ERP system to look up financial data (e.g., material costs, labor hours, invoice status), , materials back orders for forecasting, and enter change orders
- Must have 3 years of experience developing schedules and coordinating resources.
- Must have 3 years of experience working cross-functionally to gather and interpret information for high-level project capacity planning and forecasting ship dates for incoming sales orders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors' degree in Business or Technology is preferred
- SAP experience is preferred
- Familiar with design-build and/or engineer to order (ETO) environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Office 365) including MS Project
Additional Information
The anticipated starting salary for this position is $70,000.
Compensation for roles at Syntegon varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
