- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing composite materials in pressure-related applications.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working with aerospace composites, specifically in over pressure applications.
- Proven track record of leadership and management in engineering projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with COPDs (Common Operational Picture Displays) and aerospace industry standards.
Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
