We’re hiring a Client Engagement Associate who is equal parts proactive, sharp, and exceptional with people. If you love driving momentum, keeping communication tight, and ensuring clients feel genuinely taken care of, this is your role.
This position blends SDR, light marketing, and Customer Success support.
What You’ll Own
- Book qualified meetings weekly and maintain a predictable, healthy pipeline
- Execute cold calls and cold email sequences with confidence
- Respond quickly to inbound leads and client requests
- Support light Customer Success tasks and communication
- Maintain positive momentum with prospects and existing clients
- Serve as the steady, reliable point of contact for day to day communication
Compensation
- OTE: $120,000–$140,000
- Incentive pay: Based on qualified meetings booked
