Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

5 years risk management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Analyzes data for trends and education opportunities to support the efforts of Issue Management.
- Provides day-to-day support related to issue management to Compliance and Operation Risk to build a culture and climate focused on pro-active awareness of, and continuous improvement in, issue management, utilizing existing training materials and developing presentation materials where applicable.
- Manages and utilizes dashboards and reporting to meet regulatory requirements of the Issue Management program.
- Participates in management risk committees as warranted.
- May orient, train, assign and review work to junior level team members.
- Develops governance and facilitate the annual review of policies and procedures for accuracy and compliance
- Provides risk-based training as appropriate.
- Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.
