This role offers a competitive rate of $70-$95/hr on a 12-month contract basis, annually renewable. Please note that this position requires U.S. Citizenship and either Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance.
Job Overview:
As a Network Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our clients' network infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting network systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement new network solutions and improve efficiency of current networks
Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy servers, switches, WAN accelerators, DNS and DHCP
Conduct regular network performance tests and troubleshooting
Ensure network security and connectivity
Preferred Skills:
Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) are a plus
Familiarity with access control models and network security
Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring, and analysis tools

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as a Network Engineer
Knowledge of network protocols, network architecture, and network services (e.g., DNS, HTTP, SMTP)
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Secret Clearance or Top Secret Clearance required
