What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Receptionist position at Synovation Medical Group?
Hello and welcome! The ideal candidate will assist the clinical staff by performing a variety of Front office-related tasks.
Core Job Duties (but not limited to):
- Greet and check-in patients
- Ensure patient information is correct.
- Collect appropriate fees.
- Handle telephone calls regarding patient accounts.
- Provide information about available services provided by the clinic.
- Appointment setting
- Pre-op and Post- op follow up calls
- Ordering office supplies
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3 years experience in the front office of a medical clinic.
- Preferred not required: Graduate of certified Medical Assistant program
- Knowledge of EMR System
- Experience with office procedures in a surgical center a plus
- Verbal and communication skills
Requirements:
- Spanish Speaker: Highly Preferred, but not required
- Provide the highest quality of Customer Service
- Ability to be a team player
