We are a rapidly growing mobile wound care practice expanding across Broward and Palm Beach County. We are seeking a high-performing Medical Sales Liaison with existing referral relationships from Miami to Indian River with emphasis on growing Palm Beach and Broward who can immediately drive patient volume and grow strategic partnerships.
This is not an entry-level marketing role. This is a results-driven, relationship-based sales position with significant earning potential.
Duties:
Develop and manage referral relationships with: SNFs, ALFs, Home Health agencies, Rehabs and physician offices
Generate consistent patient referrals and grow territory volume
Conduct in-person outreach and maintain a strong field presence
Position our services as the preferred wound care solution
Collaborate with clinical team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Skills:
Existing relationships in Broward / Palm Beach healthcare network
Proven ability to generate referrals or close B2B healthcare accounts
Strong communication and follow-up discipline
Self-directed, competitive, and performance-driven mindset
Compensation:
Base salary: $60,000–$80,000 (based on experience)
Aggressive commission structure (uncapped)
Performance bonuses tied to referral volume
Mileage reimbursement
Top performers should expect to earn $100K
