We're seeking an exceptional Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who is passionate about delivering individualized, patient-centered care and enjoys working within a collaborative, forward-thinking clinical environment.

- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations

- Collaborative care with psychotherapy providers

We are committed to continuously evaluating new scientific evidence that may improve patient care while practicing within established regulatory and ethical standards.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications.
- Provide medication management and follow-up care.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and specialists.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education.
- Contribute to an exceptional patient experience focused on compassion, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
- Current Arizona APRN License
- Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- DEA Registration
- Prescriptive authority in Arizona
- Minimum 1 year outpatient psychiatry experience preferred
- Experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and related psychiatric conditions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and lifelong learning
