You are excited to join a team that is shaping the next generation of simulation and AI-driven engineering workflows, and you are ready to contribute your expertise and enthusiasm to drive Synopsys’ mission forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Gather and synthesize customer, field, and partner inputs to define requirements and validate solutions through prototypes and beta feedback for USD-based workflows, connectors, and simulation-to-Omniverse data pipelines.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized set of use cases—including synthetic data generation, virtual sensors, and digital twins—and map these to releases and milestones.
  • Work with engineering to scope releases, clarify tradeoffs, and ensure timely delivery of committed features.
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by providing customer insights, competitive context, and data on feature adoption and product performance.
  • Support developer enablement and communications by producing product documentation inputs, reference workflows, sample configurations, release notes, and demos in partnership with engineering and technical marketing.
  • Collaborate with program management to track delivery status, risks, dependencies, and release readiness, communicating roadmap and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal platform teams to validate integration requirements, API needs, and end-to-end workflow quality.
  • Define and report on success metrics for your features—such as adoption, activation, workflow completion, and customer feedback—and share learnings and customer wins to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with Field, Sales, and Customer Success to support product positioning, customer onboarding, and enablement for your product area.

The Impact You Will Have:

  • Enable seamless integration between Synopsys simulation products and NVIDIA Omniverse, USD-based, and Physical AI workflows, expanding Synopsys’ reach into emerging engineering ecosystems.
  • Drive adoption of synthetic data generation, virtual sensors, and digital twin capabilities, empowering customers to accelerate innovation.
  • Enhance developer and partner enablement through clear documentation, reference workflows, and demos, increasing product adoption and satisfaction.
  • Support the delivery of reliable, high-quality features by collaborating across engineering, program management, and go-to-market teams.
  • Shape product strategy by providing actionable customer insights, competitive analysis, and performance metrics, ensuring Synopsys remains a leader in simulation and AI-driven workflows.
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and enablement, improving time-to-value and supporting successful implementations.
  • Influence cross-functional alignment and readiness, ensuring smooth launches and effective communication across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement by sharing learnings, customer wins, and feedback to inform future roadmap decisions.

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or Ph.D. preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, program management, simulation software, platform engineering, or related customer-facing technical roles; 8 years preferred for advanced roles.
  • Solid technical understanding of simulation, modeling, or analysis workflows; experience with USD-based workflows, digital twins, or Physical AI ecosystems highly valued.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, UX, and go-to-market teams—and directly with customers/field organizations—to develop, validate, and deliver product capabilities from concept through release.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements and tradeoffs, and communicate status/decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills, with experience defining and tracking program success metrics.
  • Experience driving cross-functional product delivery (requirements through launch) across multiple teams.
  • Comfort engaging deeply with technical audiences and communicating strategic value to business stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting demos, webinars, or industry events in partnership with engineering and marketing.

Who You Are:

  • Collaborative, inclusive, and driven by customer outcomes.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, able to manage complex projects and dependencies.
  • Analytical thinker with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
