As an Instrumentation Specialist, you will help keeping production instrument in working order. Your role will be an integral part of a growing biotechnology company, where development and impact are at the forefront.
What you'll do in this role
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of laboratory equipment including analytical and preparative HPLC, Mass spectrometer, DNA/Peptide synthesizer, liquid handler, UV-Vis, and other chemistry/biology laborartory equipment.
- Procure, install, train new scientific equipment
- Draft IQ/OQ/PQ documents
What you bring to the table
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5 year of HPLC and MS maintenance and repair experience or similar type of work.
· Strong communication and problem-solving capabilities.
· Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Capable of overcoming a steep learning curve within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience working in a start-up or small company environment is a plus.
