Project Manager

Job Purpose

To provide an accurate submittal for projects to reflect the most accurate scope of work.

Duties and Responsibilities

·       Assists the estimator by reviewing scope of work and pulling bid submittals

·       Review awarded project with estimator, project manager, and financial manager

·       Send out introduction letter to owner

·       Request shop drawings

·       Request P.O. numbers for materials needed

·       Request any subcontracts if needed

·       Prepare and submit project submittals

·       Request final shop drawings and roll order once submittals are approved

·       Review and approve roll order for production

·       Send order to production

·       Order all materials needed for projects

·       Communicate with subcontractors

·       Keep Wrike updated – there should be no blanks

·       Ensure any change orders are executed during project

·       Ensure project is closed out when complete

·       Some Travel Required(30%)

Qualifications

·       Education: HS diploma/GED required

·       Experience: 2 years’ experience Project Administrating
