Stellic Implementation Business Lead

• Key Responsibilities 

• Serve as primary business liaison between the IT project team and functional stakeholders across college advising office, the Registrar, and other key stakeholders 
• Assess business impact of technical decisions and translate stakeholder needs into implementation requirements 
• Lead onboarding of new colleges into Stellic — stakeholder engagement, training coordination, change management 
• Partner with business and technical teams to define rollout planning for registration functionality and other new features while incorporating resource dependencies, sequencing, risk identification, as well as change management & documentation needs 
• Advocate for Registrar's Office resourcing needs and collaborate with the IT PMO to ensure project timelines are realistic given available staff and system resources 
• Design and run post-launch feedback loops; translate user feedback into prioritized improvement requests 
• Maintain stakeholder communications through the facilitation and participation in governance groups (e.g., Stellic Student Support Advisory Group, Stellic Steering Committee) and by identifying other communication paths 
• Identify and escalate cross-office conflicts or competing priorities for resolution 

Required Qualifications 

• 5 years in higher education administration or academic technology, with hands-on implementation experience in degree audit and/or academic advising & planning technologies 
• Demonstrated experience translating between technical teams and academic/administrative stakeholders 
• Familiarity with registration, degree audit, or advising operations in a higher ed setting 
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills 
• Experience with change management in a decentralized organizational structure
