JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position: Senior full-cycle Recruiter
Location: Warsaw, IN
Work Model: Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite per week (flexible)
Must-Have Requirements
- Senior Recruiter with strong full-cycle recruitment experience.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome.
- Experience with 360-degree recruitment / HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must be located within a commutable/drivable distance of Warsaw, IN.
- Ability to work onsite 1–2 days per week.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Recruitment experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Production industries.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Spanish language proficiency (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
