Must have - EHR (Electronic Health Record)/ EMR (Electronic Medical Record)
6 years supervising/managing projects
Leads Organizational Change Management (Deliverable 3) and Organizational Development (Deliverable 4). Conducts readiness assessments, develops staffing/communication/training plans, and manages adoption. Oversees staff development, skills gap analysis, and training delivery. Supports performance monitoring (Deliverable 5) by aligning adoption outcomes with KPIs.
- 5 years leading business analysts
- 5 years Gov/State/Federal (preferred)
- PMP certification preferred
- 6 years in industry standards & best practices in EHR for corrections (medical, behavioral health, dental)
- 5 years in project management
