We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Scheduling (WFS) Specialist to optimize workforce management processes and drive effective adoption of WFS functionality. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and strategic thinking, along with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless system integration and business alignment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling users through training, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
