Digital Solutions Engineer (Power Platform, AI)

• Demonstrated experience building solutions with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.

• Experience implementing AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI automations, intelligent workflows, or integrating emerging AI technologies into business processes.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into language faculty, staff, and students can understand.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience with AI technologies, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning implementations
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for automation and solution development
• Experience with API integrations and enterprise system connectivity
• Solid understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Familiarity with higher education technology environments is a plus
