Responsibilities
Enterprise Integration & Technical Execution Support
- Support management and technical execution of development contractor activities in alignment with Government direction
- Assist in integrating end-to-end solutions across enterprise systems, including Mosaic, TIDE 3, Biometrics, and related NCTC initiatives
- Participate in requirements processes and cross-functional enterprise coordination efforts
- Review contractor-developed technical artifacts and documentation as directed
- Ensure outputs meet enterprise standards, alignment requirements, and mission needs
- Provide feedback to improve technical quality, consistency, and usability
- Recommend improvements to portfolio, program, financial, technical, security integration, and engineering management processes
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, alignment, and enterprise-wide coordination
- Support approved modifications to enterprise baselines and governance structures
- Facilitate and support existing and emerging forums to improve cross-disciplinary integration
- Promote alignment between execution activities, governance decisions, and operational constraints
- Recommend enhancements to integration forums and coordination processes
- Provide integration and decision support to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure decisions account for tactical and strategic implications across NCTC and ITS priorities
- Maintain alignment with prior decisions, backlog prioritization, and enterprise direction
- Update and maintain interface documentation (e.g., ICDs, ISAs)
- Ensure documentation is controlled, versioned, and maintained in approved enterprise repositories
- Promote configuration control and transparency of baseline changes using tools such as SharePoint, HIVE, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
- Active TS/SCI with Poly is REQUIRED
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale IT integration, systems engineering, or program management in complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to work across technical and programmatic disciplines
- Experience reviewing technical documentation and contractor deliverables
- Strong understanding of systems integration concepts, governance, and lifecycle management

- Familiarity with enterprise collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence, HIVE, Jira, etc.)
- Background in systems engineering, enterprise IT governance, or integration architecture
- Experience supporting multi-contractor environments and federated governance structures
