This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Engineer located in Cedar Park, TX. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure. Daily tasks include network administration, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring network security, and collaborating with teams to optimize network performance. The role requires monitoring and addressing network reliability and implementing scalable designs for future growth.
- Proficiency in Network Administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of network systems
- Advanced expertise in Network Engineering, including network architecture, design, and implementation
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting network issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimized performance
- Experience in Network Security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and data protection
- Knowledge of Network Design principles to create scalable and reliable infrastructure
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
