What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager (SaaS) position at SynergySuite?
The Opportunity:
We are looking to add an enthusiastic, passionate Project Manager to our implementation team. If you have experience with SaaS software companies and managing client onboarding/implementation, let’s chat.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work on software implementation and integration with national restaurant brands
- Create trusted relationships with internal and client implementation teams
- Learn and maintain product knowledge, including up-to-date product features and functionality to help clients succeed
- Define, maintain and report on project plans, scoping, milestones and delivery
- Continue to streamline implementation processes to improve the implementation experience
- Perform risk assessment, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans throughout the life of the project, and lead problem resolution as issues arise
- Coordinate with the training team to support project deployment
- Create statements-of-work (SOW) and pricing for account executives
- Facilitate change-management process during implementation
Qualifications
- Experience working in a SaaS company
- Previous experience in restaurants/foodservice is highly preferred
- Experience with Gantt charts and Asana is highly preferred
- Attention to detail and ability to capture and relay necessary information
- Working knowledge of project management best practices and accompanying tools
- Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal technical resources
- 3 years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree (or related experience in lieu of degree)
