About Us
SynergyFx combines testing, training, Pilates, and recovery in Columbia, MD. Our Wellness Lab offers red light therapy, high‑intensity PEMF, Exercise with Oxygen (EWOT), RMR, VO₂ max, Mito2 IHHT, Styku 3D body scanning, The Sanare Method, and Cellular Renewal Protocol. We deliver a concierge experience with measurable outcomes.
Role Summary
Deliver a white‑glove client experience in our Wellness Lab by safely operating modalities, guiding clients through two fixed protocols (The Sanare Method and Cellular Renewal Protocol), ensuring waivers and health screenings are completed, and representing SynergyFx at community events and networking. When the Wellness Lab is not busy, support fitness-side operations (class check-ins, equipment resets, member support, Styku 3D scanning) to keep the studio running smoothly.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Protocols
- Welcome, onboard, and guide clients through personalized wellness plans using our two fixed stacks (Sanare Method, Cellular Renewal Protocol).
- Safely operate and service devices per SOPs: red light, PEMF, EWOT, RMR/VO₂ analyzers, Mito2 IHHT, Styku 3D scanner, and Sanare Method; maintain logs and coordinate maintenance.
Safety, Waivers & Contraindications (required)
- Verify that every client has a signed liability waiver and modality-specific consent before first use.
- Review contraindications and health screening forms prior to each session (e.g., pregnancy, pacemaker/implanted devices, active cancer, seizures/epilepsy, photosensitivity, recent injuries/surgeries, contagious illness).
- Escalate any “yes” answers or red flags to a clinician; do not proceed with service until cleared.
- Maintain accurate records of screenings, consents, Styku scans, and incident reports in the CRM/member management system.
Scheduling, Restocking & Daytime Cleaning
- Manage scheduling, client records, and basic reporting in our CRM/member management system; ensure privacy and data integrity.
- Restock consumables during open hours: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, hand sanitizer, tissues, and cleaning supplies as needed.
- If restrooms, lab areas, or high-touch surfaces get dirty during the day, clean and disinfect immediately (our night cleaners service the facility after close).
- Keep the lab clean and stocked; clients clean between sessions—staff verify resets and restocks.
Fitness-Side Operations Support (when Wellness Lab is not busy)
- Assist with small-group class check-ins, attendance tracking, and member greetings.
- Reset fitness equipment between classes (mats, bands, dumbbells, kettlebells); wipe down machines and benches.
- Support Styku 3D body scanning: client prep, scan execution, data sync, and post-scan cleanup.
- Help with front-desk coverage during peak fitness hours (phone, emails, tour bookings).
- Restock fitness consumables (towels, water, sanitizer) as needed; spot-clean floors and equipment.
Events & Networking (required)
- Represent SynergyFx at community events, pop‑ups, and partner activations (e.g., health fairs, corporate wellness days, local fitness expos).
- Support lead capture, on‑site demos, and follow‑ups; track event outcomes in CRM.
- Attend local networking events as scheduled (e.g., chamber mixers, wellness partner meetups) to build referral pipelines.
Marketing & Growth Support
- Capture testimonials (with consent), assist with social posts/email promos, and help design stack bundles and membership tiers.
Light IT & Systems
- Device software updates, basic connectivity/user setup, and data exports/imports.
Requirements
- 2 years in client-facing wellness, spa/recovery, fitness, or health-tech.
- Strong computer skills (booking/CRM, Google Workspace/Office, spreadsheets); quick to learn new software and devices.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and organization; hospitality mindset.
- Current CPR certification (required).
- Ability to lift/move light equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused.
- Light marketing experience (social media, email campaigns, content creation).
