Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Scrum Master.
- Hands-on experience leading Agile/Scrum software development teams.
- Strong experience using Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, burndown charts, dashboards, and Agile reporting.
- Experience managing technical projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting product development and production/product launches.
- Ability to work onsite and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
- Manage project schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, software development, manufacturing, and operations.
- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively resolve roadblocks.
- Create and maintain Jira dashboards, sprint boards, burndown charts, and project metrics.
- Manage project budgets, funding requests, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, timing plans, and issue logs.
- Support Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL), Technology Readiness Level (TRL), and Integration Readiness Level (IRL) planning and milestone tracking.
- Working closely with engineering leads to ensuring project milestones are completed on time and escalate issues when necessary.
- Coordinate pilot installations, training activities, and maintain training records for engineering and production teams.
